Has anyone used one of the 'Bag in a Box' methods of storing wine? As someone who is returning to home winemaking after many years the 'hobby' has moved forward in leaps and bounds. Bottling is a good idea but I am drawn to the bag method. How long would the wine keep in a bag? The commercial wines in bags are reputed to only last four weeks, this doesn't seem very long. Any help would be appreciated.
