I'm pretty new to home brewing and have previously only brewed a recipe from a starter kit, (which came out pretty well), but I would like to start creating my own recipes, so any advice would be great!

Such as, does anybody know if Nelson Sauvin, northern brewer and cascade hops go well with each other and if so, how much do quantities matter with these particular hops?

Hi and welcome to the forum.I have used both the northern brewer and cascade of which I have just opened a 1Kilo bag for an ongoing experiment that I have just started.Check out the link below which will help steer you in the right direction of your pallet as it will all be down to your individual taste but I'm sure there will be a few along to help you on your journey.

Hi there,
As Jerryjo says getting your head around each hops is hard at first!
Bittering, duel purpose & aroma hops and when add in the brew.
Harder fathom out which hops will be good with each other...
I start with trial n tested recipes and take it from there.
Enjoy your research pal.
