Alcoholic ginger beer help needed

Hi everyone,

I have made a batch of 'All Grain' Ginger beer. I.e not using coopers kit and it has come out REEEEALLLY dry. Can I add a sweetener to the priming solution? and if so what/ in what quantities? and will it add an off flavor?

I have brewed 10l and it is nearly at 1.000 if that is any help
 
well u could add splenda-non fermentable and if it was a beer yeast ie not a champagne yeast lactose would also be nonfermentable but cheapest and easiest thing to do is make up some sugar syrup and add it to the glass before u put the gingerbeer in to drink-last isnt v accurate unless u get a syringe but my mates get a bit edgy when u add stuff to their pint with a (blunt) syringe
