Put a brew on sunday and when it came to going into the fv the cupboard was reading 12c. So I thought I'd pitch at 32 and wrap a sleeping bag around it with a thermometer between the fv wall and sleeping bag. The following day it ws clear that the krausen had risen and fallen and the thermometer read 30c!! whoops. Its a 1050og beer.
Does anyone have any tips how to deal with this beer now? Or has the damage already been done?
