Well I just opened the lid for a quick second and popped another sachet of yeast in, there was inch layer of foam on the top, resealed the lid and after 10 mins my lid has popped straight up, there's definitely more pressure in there now
 
Well the day of truth has arrived it's been 10 days since I started my first brew, I just checked the levels and they are 1010, I'm going to let it sit for another day then transfer to another vessel containing dissolved sugar, how long shall I leave it in this one until I bottle it
 
You add sugar and bottle immediately. Put it somewhere cold for a day or two first if you can, help it to clear.
