Hi there.

Done about 6 or 8 kits now, Running a Wine expert Pinot 30 bottle kit and I've come to bottling and its not clear. I think its because I didn't de-gass enough at the necessary time but real life unfortunately got in the way.
Just before I was going to bottle it I racked it into a sterile fermenting container to loose some of the sediment at the bottom, brought this fermenter into the kitchen and at this stage found it was not clear.

So, what do I do with it, leave it for some time? Degass it now and leave it, or maybe add some finings to do the job. Do you think the original kit finings are still in the mix?

Getting desperate, only have 2 bottles of wine left, your help is much appreciated.

If you are desperate the only option is to degas and add fining, I find Kwik clear the best, it should clear in a couple of days.

Ok, will add some kwik clear and degass tonight. Fingers crossed :?
