I'm on day 2 of the AJ TC and I've noticed a strong smell that smells a bit like off milk/cheese/baby sick. I'm using the Mangrove Jack M10 yeast so that might be it. I've never had such smells coming from the DJ/FV before and never used this yeast.
My brew temps are approx 17c but may slide up to 20c. All my gear was clean to start and never had an infection before. I'm guessing this may smell a little like brett?
