Hi Everyone,
Just thought I'd say a quick hello to you all. I am a total novice at home brewing and know very little (I am still conditioning my first brew, after only starting a few weeks ago). I am starting off with kits (currently larger) and hope one day to move to more technical stuff where I will have the choice of 'playing' a bit with my home brew (adding things and experimenting with other ingredients).
I would appreciate any help going forward and will be asking many questions, once I get my head around it I will then be in a position to help others Virgin brewers like myself.
