Hi all, must say the forum is a great place for information and problem solving.
I'm new to home brew but must say have been really taken with my new hobby.
Started with a Coopers Mexican Cereveza this is now bottled and in the cellar/fridge.
Then I did a Wilko Red wine wine kit this is now settling for 10 days
Now have a Coppers Austrilian larger in the fermenter, was stuck though seems to have started again
