Firstly thanks for all the information, been lurking here for a few weeks and its been a great help already so thanks all
First time brewer , originally planning to brew some cider for next spring/summer , then figured I should do
something with the kit while waiting for the apples.
So first newbie mistake ........ 6 bottle Beaverdale wine kit to start ....all FV buckets 33 L
It went in this morning so we'll see ...........
Next up a Wherry kit (impossible to get English beers here these days and Im very partial to an English Bitter) ...then the cider , followed by a shot in the dark at keeved Cider in Nov, hopefully have an inkbird controlled fridge by then ...... then a more expensive white or Red ......... nothing like being ambitious eh ?
