To supplement the Coopers startup kit, I've just invested in...

a 23l glass carboy
auto siphon

and a cheeky Cellar 7 rose kit to try it all out on [emoji1]
 
I thought about getting a carboy but having seen the mess left behind in a DJ after making wine i decided it would be too much of a PITA to clean so got a bucket with a hole in the lid for an airlock.
