Hi all,

I'm chris and I have just started brewing. I have a noob question, with the double bubble airlock do I keep the little cap on or off?

Hi Chris,I keep mine on,but if u leave it off I don't think it would spoil your brew as the co2 coming out would keep anything coming in to the fv,what ru brewing.
 
Cheers for the advice. I'm brewing coopers Australian lager. Just used brewing sugar, I know that you could use malt extract is it?
