Welcome! My best advice would be get a good book - I rate How to Brew by John Palmer but there are many others. Threads on here will point you to a whole library!

That's a very good book, but possibly a bit much for a beginner. I would start with Home Brew Beer: Master the Art of Brewing Your Own Beer by Greg Hughes
