In the absence of a brew fridge, on the cards but not yet, I'm wondering what beers are going to be more forgiving to brew over the coming summer months as the temp creeps up above the 21c mark. I'm guessing it won't be the lagers but as I'm brewing kits at the moment and I believe that most lager kits come with ale yeast so how much difference will the higher temps make? Also what are the effects on a brew when temps hit 25c+?
