As the title , Hi everyone , fairly new to home brewing . Bitten by the bug when I received a starter kit for my last birthday and have brewed and enjoyed a cider and an american amber ale .
I currently have a strong country cider (Muntons kit that I modified ) in the fermentation bin nearly ready to bottle , a rose' which is clearing and nearly ready to bottle and also a Chardonnay , Zinfandel and a hard lemonade bubbling away as I type this .
I have a few more ideas that I would like to try out and have been inspired by some of the guys on youtube that I have subscribed to as their videos have helped me to get where I am now with the hobby . Cheers all :drink:
