I intented to start doing this the brew after next - my next brew should be my HBC prize if it arrives in time and I don't want to start experimenting with new techniques with something I'm supposed to be writing a reveiw on. I've done my research so am pretty confident. I intend doing a three day brew day (I already do a two day brew day):
D1 - Overnight Mash
D2 - Sparge and boil
D3 - Overnight no-chill in FV
Any thing your particulaly wanting to know?
