Will be brewing this one tomorrow.

95.83% Maris Otter Malt

1.2 g/L Northern Brewer (8.8% Alpha) @ 60 Minutes (Boil)
1 g/L East Kent Golding (5.7% Alpha) @ 15 Minutes (Boil)
1 g/L East Kent Golding (5.7% Alpha) @ 0 Minutes (Aroma)
1.5 g/L East Kent Golding (5.7% Alpha) @ 0 Days (Dry Hop)

0.2 g/L Irish Moss @ 15 Minutes (Boil)

Single step Infusion at 66°C for 60 Minutes. Boil for 60 Minutes

Fermented at 20°C with Safale S-04

Yes 10 litres.
Only have 04 and 05 I was going to use 04.
Need to order some different yeast.
