I've just got delivered a Safale US-05 that I won't be using for a couple of weeks, given the high temps we have at the moment, should I be storing it in the fridge?

Cheers. I've got a couple of coppers kits, reckon I should remove the yeast or even put the full kit in the fridge?
Yes, break the plastic top on the kit and put the yeast in the fridge and the instructions in the bin, along with the broken lid, Joe.
No real need to put the whole kit in the fridge.
