Thought I'd have a go at this and gonna pop it in a 1gal DJ.
I've got:
4L Tesco Value 100% Apple Juice
750ml Strawberry, Apple & Banana Smoothie (from concentrate).
Wilko wine yeast.
I've got no malic acid so I'll try a little citric acid and some pectolase.
From what I've read the banana doesn't stand out too much, I'm hoping for a hint of stawberry so I'm gonna do 3.5ltr of apple juice and top up with the smoothie.
