I’ve been given 3kg of rhubarb and around 30 apples, the apples are similar to Gala and are good eating apples,
I also have 2kg of sultanas and a jar of molasses that i could do with using up. Does anybody have any ideas for incorporating this lot in a wine. I have everything needed to do a wine, pectolase, citric acid, yeast and nutrient etc.etc. but I’m useless at putting recipes together myself so any ideas would be very welcome. I also have a few litres of supermarket orange juice and apple juice as i will be trying another wow shortly.
