Normally when I make a yeast starter I put it in my brew fridge set to about 22c but I've got a brew cold crashing in there are the minute. Am I ok to leave the yeast starter at room temperature (out of direct sunlight obviously) or should I remove the current brew from the fridge and use that? If I keep it at room temp it'll be more more accessible for intermittent shaking.

Hi Mick,

My starters have always been at room temperature. I've always had good fermentation within a few hours and hit the expected FG. So I would advise to leave the cold crashing beer where it is :)
