Hi all, after asking lots of questions on here, and a few failed brews last year (only 5l batches), moving house changing job, christmas and an order from klarstein that never came.... I finally got time. I used my DIY kettle with an inkbird to do a biab 19l stout. Im hoping to get a 5% beer from it and i think im on track. Was not ideal but we will see. The batch will be split 2/3 as it is, and 1/3 being mixed with blackberries i picked last year which i will add for 2nd fermentation
