Initial taste is very encouraging, certainly superior to cellar 7, as good as a Beaverdale kit if not better IMHO, time will tell. :party:

My plan is to leave alone several months :shock: Patience is a virtue :whistle: Will try and remember to report back later in the year. :thumb:

The cleaning and sterilization of all the equipment, bottles etc is acomplete pain in the ****, however it all sudenly seems worth it when bottled up with corks, fancy labels and great (hopefully) tasting wine. :
