Reserve Du Chateau's Cabernet Sauvignon Red Wine Kit. Purchase 2 or 3 months ago at the then bargain price £15.66.(Amazon)  :thumb: The normal price is around £50-£60.

Busy morning.....28 and half bottles  . Kit included corks, labels, shrinkwraps,

Initial taste is very encouraging, certainly superior to cellar 7, as good as a Beaverdale kit if not better IMHO, time will tell.

:D :D :D :D

You will have to let us know how it tastes.

Cheers

My plan is to leave alone several months  Patience is a virtue  Will try and remember to report back later in the year. :thumb:

The cleaning and sterilization of all the equipment, bottles etc is acomplete pain in the ****, however it all sudenly seems worth it when bottled up with corks, fancy labels and great (hopefully) tasting wine.
