that stressed me out a bit. But ok, **** happens!

Mash tun did it's job fine after half an hour 0.1 c lost
wort was really dark. And it had a bit too much of roastiness than planned maybe i should of have steeped carafa. But anyway i like it.
My spare thermometer went nuts. I spotted loose wire and patched it up
