AG #10 Abey's Pale Ale

Hi folks, decided at 11pm last night to stick an overnight mash on and brew Sunday.
overnight mash, 60 min boil
recipe was:
4kg Marris Otter
254g wheat malt
hops:
Magnum 20g @ 60
Magnum 10g @ 5
Simcoe 10g @ 5
Magnum 5g @0
Simcoe 20g @ 0
Amarillo 20g @ 0

ended up with 22 litres at 1.042. used us 04 yeast and it was fermenting about an hour and half after pitching.

Ooooo, magnum simcoe and Amarillo... I've got all of those.

this is gurgling away like mad and it smells amazing. will probably dry hop this beast aswell. Pittsy I'll save you a thimble full!
