Hi folks, decided at 11pm last night to stick an overnight mash on and brew Sunday.
overnight mash, 60 min boil
recipe was:
4kg Marris Otter
254g wheat malt
hops:
Magnum 20g @ 60
Magnum 10g @ 5
Simcoe 10g @ 5
Magnum 5g @0
Simcoe 20g @ 0
Amarillo 20g @ 0
ended up with 22 litres at 1.042. used us 04 yeast and it was fermenting about an hour and half after pitching.
