Evening all :
Brewday yesterday. I wanted a "School Night Beer" to put into my corny, so I came up with the above.
Brewday went flawlessly (first time without a glitch!). Efficiency higher than expected, got 82%+, probably because I did a slow fly sparge - will be doing this again. Was expecting 1.039 but got 1.042, hey ho.
Hit my intended volume spot on too. Very happy.
Pitched the yeast dry and it had a nice 3 inch krausen by this morning.
