Evening all

Brewday yesterday. I wanted a "School Night Beer" to put into my corny, so I came up with the above.

Brewday went flawlessly (first time without a glitch!). Efficiency higher than expected, got 82%+, probably because I did a slow fly sparge - will be doing this again. Was expecting 1.039 but got 1.042, hey ho.

Hit my intended volume spot on too. Very happy.

Pitched the yeast dry and it had a nice 3 inch krausen by this morning.

Here's the obligatory photos, not the best quality but they're ok :)

Accept for the slurry I would say those are great pics. In fact, I will start the water boiling for my own brew.
