I'm after a all grain recipe for a Dark Mild Ale if anybody can help out .
I would like the drinky to be nutty and bitterish please .

There's a selection of weaker milds here as an alternative. Click on the kits to find the recipes. I can recommend the Hop Back Mild as I brewed that up earlier this year.
