looking for some help please i bought Alcotec 48 turbo yeast and decided to go with the option 20% in 5 days using 8kg of sugar my gravity reading was 1120 it now seams stuck at 1030 i think this is due to my partner unplugging the aquarium heater my question is if i cant get it going again is it ruined all so after looking at some info on Alcotec i did not use liquid carbon in the wash should i of is that option to add it later? or will it be ok without it
