I think I'll be able to get this on tomorrow afternoon/evening; my first American Amber; based on Jamil's recipe for a Red Rocket clone (Bear Republic Brewing Co, CA), but using standard crystal for dark crystal and using Columbus instead of Horizon, which means I'm using the three C's :D

23L 74% efficiency
4775g Maris Otter (80%)
387g Pale Crystal (6.5%)
387g Munich I (6.5%)
179g Amber (3%)
179g Crystal (3%)
60g Pale Chocolate (1%)
25g Columbus 16.5% AA 60min
25g Cascade 6.6% AA 10min
25g Centennial 13.5% AA 10min
25g Cascade 6.6% 20min steep at 80C
25g Centennial 13.5% 20min steep at 80C
California Ale Yeast WLP001 (2L starter) ferment at 19C
Mash 90mins at 67C; Boil 90mins
OG 1060; FG 1010; ABV 6.5%; IBU (Rager) 61.9; EBC 26.9
