Hi All, We had loads of red grapes on our vines last year, so back in October, I chucked a load into a fermenting bucket and squashed them, added about a kilo of sugar and a few grams of yeast, and now have three demijohns of wine bubbling away. Since then I now have two demijohns of Gooseberry wine bubbling away. Looking forward to the tasting session.
