Back to AG with Brewzilla Gen 4

Having sold my 45l Hopcat last year due to moving house, I’ve pulled the trigger on a 35l Brewzilla Gen 4 full bundle from BKT. Hopefully the meagre dead space won’t cause me any issues during recirculation. First up will be a clone of Wards Sheffield Best Bitter.

There has been a few forum threads on this system Cheyne I would read them and watch a few Youtubes on using the system.
I have one and it is a great system but not as easy to use as previous AIO's like you had.
It needs a little mastering but is way more accurate on mash temps than previous AIO's.

I think you will miss the Hopcat from what I have read about the Brewzilla G4. I have the 65 litre Hopcat and it's never let me down in any way.
