The banana wine sounds interesting sky, what were your ingredients pls.
 
2kg bannanas without skins ( dont want pestisides ) ( reduced in supermarket)
250ml white grpape juice concentrate
700g of sugar ( theres lots in the bannanas )


i boiled the bannans for 30 mins, mashed then whisked.....then strained in a bag...collected juices..

added juices/ wgj / suagr ( disolved in water ) and the usual additives yeast ect....

however its looking a bit weird......

Cheers for your reply sky. Video helps too, gonna give this one a try if I can find some wgj, do you think it would work with red grape juice as well?
 
i used wgj concentrate, you can get from wilko or brew shop

might try it with rgj once i clear some room
 
We made banana wine many years ago. It fermented like crazy and pushed pulp up into the airlock & blocked it. We had it standing on the floor in the spare bedroom and when the pressure was high enough it blew it all out the airlock and was dripping off the ceiling...:lol:
