Hey everyone,
Sorry if this is a real beginner question - I was looking at trying a very very simple homebrew recipe for some dandelion beer. I don't think it's exactly this recipe but very similar to this one: Homemade Dandelion Beer Recipe – Mother Earth News
The book the recipe is from suggested brown glass bottles but I'm wondering if it needs to be glass, or basically what's the best type of brewing bottles to use? I've seen some online that are plastic, some that are glass but not brown... so not sure how important it is to use brown glass. Also the recipe linked above says screw-top bottles - so again not sure what type to get 😅
I can't imagine I'll be brewing a big quantity, or very regularly, I just like the idea of simple recipes with mainly wild ingredients (dandelion flowers, nettles, etc).

Appreciate any advice / product recommendations!
