Hi guys, A bit of help/idears please, ive two tins of brewbuddys lager just out of date
two new lager yeasts. Thinking of making a flavoured lager i was thinking of adding
a kilo of raspberry jam seedless & 40 pints of water. what do you guys think?
yours mike

Personally I think it sounds  but each to their own.....

I'm a relative newbie to the hobby but if I was to try something like that the 1st thing I would do is read the ingredients of the jam. I suspect that you'll find preservatives and/or other additives in there which would inhibit the yeast from fermenting. After all if wild yeasts got in there and started fermenting the sugars it could end up being a boozey jam
