4kg Of Golden Promise
500g Amber Grain
30g Mosaic 20 minutes into boil
15g of Lemon Drop 45 minutes into boil
mash at 65 1 Hour
Boil 60 Minutes
I did a 1 gallon batch of this a couple of weeks back and so far just bottled and drank the sample it’s a lovely brew for summer
