brewing a wherry short

hi everyone and happy new year to all.
my question is.... has anyone short brewed a woodfordes wherry? i mean to like 24 pints?
reason im asking is that im sitting here drinking a woodfordes headcracker... must say its very nice. while drinking it i got to thinking that maybe a wherry brewed short to the 24 pints wouldn't taste too far off the headcracker.
anyone tried brewing the wherry short and if so what was the results?

That's very short. I would have thought it would be very bitter. Why not just brew the Headcracker?

was just a thought plus i have a few wherry kits to use up.

Try brewing it short to 19 litres.

Don't know if would be possible but could you not brew to 24pints and if it tastes **** before bottling then just add water? As long as the water is boiled I can see a problem.
