Hi everyone,

This is my next brew! I would appreciate any advice for this one please
I read something about orange peal and coriander seeds boiled with the boiled water strained and added to the brew?
Also i have a brew kit enhancer would it be beneficial adding 500g of this to the mix?

I do this kit all the time just brewed exactly as the instructions say and it makes a very good erdinger clone no need to add anything.

Great!! An erdinger clone was exactly what I was looking for. One of my favourite drinks.
Would tap water be OK for the brew? I used tap water for a Wherry kit and that turned out just fine :).

I use normal tap water and it turns out fine every time. The hop tea bag really adds to the kit let me know how it turns out.
