I have four 23L brews in secondary. All same HLME, all same recipe. 1.040 OG Sanitise with SS everywhere. All made on the same day with the same batch of BRY-97 that I equally split between them. Fermented in same room. Each BV has heater set to 20*C. I check with my super IR temp gun (ã15.00 LIDL:thumb:) that I have calibrated.
Dry hopped with 7C's,,,, from same sealed frozen packs.
All now at 1.008. Look good and tasted good until today,,,
One of the BV's now has a distinct 'burnt rubber' XS hops flavour.
