I usually carbonate my beer by putting 1 Mangrove Jack’s carbonation drop (approx 3 grams) into a 500ml bottle. This Monday, I will be bottling an oatmeal stout, and I’m wondering if one of these drops will produce too much carbonation for a stout.

Well it will be as fizzy as your other beers 🍺.. best thing I did was move to a bottling bucket and add the (brewing) sugar in that large volume . Allows you to have the 'correct' amount for style..

But at the end of the day it's your beer, have it like you like it
