Hi Guys

I fancy trying to do a lager before the Summer - probably a Cerveza

How would I add lime to a kit ?

Would I add actual lime pieces or juice into the pressure barrel after Primary fermentation ?

Thanks in advance :thumb:

lime cordial works well. one to consider too -

you don't have to worry about the flavour being removed much because lime is almost non fermentable, so it stays behind.

adding in the glass works but the slice will kill the head. you could always just pour into a bottle from your keg instead of a glass and wedge a piece into the neck too.
