In preperation for the rugby world cup I thought I'd brew a bitter and hoppy pale ale that's not to strong. As I've used only New Zealand hops I thought I'd name it in honour of their mighty All Blacks.

Chokers IPA

Brew length = 40 litres, 20 litres to ferment with Nottingham, 20 litres to ferment with US-05
