How long ago did you make it? it matures and is better after a few months. I found a bottle that was over a year old and it was wonderful.

I'm in Dentons Green near he East Lancs.

The cider has only been a few weeks. So it should get better with age??

Provided it's bottled so no nasties can get to it, it'll improve greatly with age

Sourness / Dryness - I'm unsure now. I think it was sour. I will wait a few weeks before i try anymore to see what happens.

Thanks

Test a "QA" sample with a little bit of sugar, it won't get any less dry by waiting.
If it improves the taste, you will need to add a sweetner like "Splenda", as sugar will only ferment to dryness again.
