I’m keeping things simple and looking to throw on a Citra SMASH but I intend to lob in a litre of frozen grapefruit juice at flameout.

Using MO grain.

What yeast would you folk suggest ?

I’ve got Wilkos Ale Yeast to hand .

Well you can only try...I like the grapefruit beer...elvis juice! I think they use the peel though.....I think I'd be tempted to use one of the extracts.
Yeast....I'd go for an American ale so5 or cml..if you have temp control 2 packets of the wilko at 14°c works for a lager type brew.

Mmmmmmmmmm, i think i would just add zest myself.Could well overdo it with juice.
Gervin (Wilko) will do or try CML US Pale perhaps or even the Kolsch yeast!

Thanks gents - will grab some yeast tomorrow and give a go.
I saw a video on YouTube where they added the frozen grapefruit juice and it seemed to work. May have to watch it again first !
