Recently I have been taking pre bought all grain recepies kits that I already have (from TMM) and tweaking them to produce different beers. so my available hops and grain bill are fixed.
I have taken lots of on line recipes( with a big nod towards 'new to homebrew Tom' for this type of beer and tweaked to what I have available and produced the below , any thoughts?
