Cold v warm conditioning

I've recently started filling 2 bottles from every batch before kegging
I'm starting to think the bottles taste better would it be the warm conditioning or the glass
My kegged beer is normally cold conditioned for a week then consumed in maybe 2 weeks so 3 weeks total in keg
Yes it does look and taste better coming to the end but the bottles at 2 weeks are better
anyone ever do any experiments with this
