Just necking back 1 ltr of Canadian Blonde ABV 4.02%
Bottled 30/11/19 and primed with 7g DME.
What a great refreshing drink, put this in the fridge yesterday so it's nicely chilled to 5c.
I am a bit hot and sweaty because I have just started off another Coopers Real Ale which is my "go to" brew
Cooper Real Ale extract
20L Co-op mineral water
11g Lallemand Nottingham Ale yeast
1KG Vinclass DME
100g Granulated sugar
SG 1.040
Brew belt on and Inkbird set at 20c
Now I won't touch it for at lest 10 days, I know the kit says 5-7 days but trust me, it'll take a minimum of 10 days, probably 14 before it's below 1.010 and ready to KEG.
