I'm thinking pour the juice in to DJ and blitz the mandarins in the food processor then squeeze out the juice
Now do I go for adding a bit more AJ and chuck in some cider yeast or use a large tin of wilko WGJ concentrate
Adjusting sugar input depending on a 6% cider or a 12% wine

If either has preservative in it i wouldn't use it to try and make either as it'll kill the yeast.

According to the ingredients there's no preservative in the Ribena. I'm surprised at that. As far as I can tell it doesn't say there's preservative in the cans either.

dwabbit, read the ingredients on the labels though. I've only searched on the internet.
