dry hop

Hi all, just doing a Youngs special from GW book, it says to dry hop with Target hops, yet earlier in the book it says to only use a good aroma hop for dry hoping, as Target are a bittering hop i'm a little confused any thoughts? :wha:

The blurb on Target hops from The Malt Miller says ... "An excellent high alpha variety which gives good bitterness. Tends to be too harsh for aroma purposes late in the boil but has produced very good results when used as a dry hop in the cask."

So I think you will be fine to dry hop with it!

cheers pjc, will do as per recipe, gets confusing when you read one thing then tell you to do something they say you shouldn't do. :nono:
