Nothing major but just that nice anticipation of an inpending brew day, I'm looking forwards to creating something special from 6kg of low colour malt, cascade and marynka hops. Wooop!

Ahhh - Did you get the low colour stuff from Brew? I've got a sack of that here and never used it before. Looking forward to it too.

It's quite a bit different from regular M/otter. Half the colour content.

Hi, Got low c from hop & grape Darlington. Used it before on one brew that was lovely light citrus brew, summery and refreshing. Hopfully this will come out even more citrus!

Low colour crystal? How much you using in the brew?

Sorry no crystal just low colour malt this time but i have used 250g in similar brews. S
