fermentation not started - help please

Right, over the last 2 days did...
23-25 litre cwtch tiny rebel kit
25ish litre tropical tc
25ish litre Cherry tc
25ish litre Raspberry tc

All tc's were after Roddys recipes except juice was sourced at different shops etc and I used Gervin G3 yeast of which I have never used

It's been over 48 hours and no bubbles yet :/ it was cold when I pitched the yeast on all 4 brews but they are in an insulated outside building so am a little concerned

At the moment I have the heater on in there to try and get me beauty's going!

But in other news my fiery ginger beer is complete as it's fermented out under 1000, I would like more ginger kick tho so was thinking of blending half a kilo to a kilo of ginger with a little bit of water and stirring it in then leaving it in the house a few more days, any advice much appreciated as I already have some ginger that I bought
